You are the ETA! The ETA is comprised of staff members from the Everett Public Schools including teachers, guidance counselors, paraprofessionals, administrative assistants and administrators. Together, we are the ETA.

The ETA has a democratically elected governing body. The Executive Board consists of six officers (President, Vice President for Secondary, Vice President for Elementary, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary and Treasurer), one Administrative Assistant, one Paraprofessional and three at large members.

The next level of governing is the Building Representatives. Each unit gets a set amount of representatives to attend the monthly Representative Council Meetings, communicate with their members, and work directly with their administrator.

The Negotiation Team is elected every contract cycle. That team is in place through the remainder of the contract cycle which is generally two years.
